Sandi explains the differences she experienced between a QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) and a BLSR (Between Lives Soul Regression) session.
“I approached the [QHHT] first session with an intention of gathering information about what I was stuck in at the time and your session moved me through my denial and into a more open spot of acceptance. I walked away feeling un-stuck. It was a tremendous relief and I am very grateful for your help. I was also given my visual of that vast spiritual realm and a reminder to connect regularly using that visual as my portal so to speak, even though I know I'm not disconnected but I can become very distracted and that helped me to focus and release my doubts and fears. The specific places that I went were also fascinating.
In the BLSR you used the idea of spirit guides and again, I was given a visual as well as names and I liked that. I approached the second one with a more open intention. I was more open to what information was going to come forward rather than answers to specific questions, even though I had questions. Out of the two I couldn't pick one that I preferred over the other because I see the outcome of each as perfect at the time. I still use both visuals in my meditations and consider them very important gifts to use in my conscious contact with Divine Nature.
